I'm a Leadership Lakeland Class 33 Graduate, Leadership Polk Class 12, and Leadership Polk Class 15 Chair, which has provided me with an in-depth understanding of what Lakeland offers families. My commitment to the community goes beyond real estate. I'm a firm believer in giving back, supporting organizations such as VISTE, Lakeland Volunteers in Medicine, One More Child, Achievement Academy, and Girls Inc.
I also founded my own non-profit, Lay Legacy, to assist single parents in buying their first home. Through Lay Legacy, we were able to adopt Southwest Elementary and completely remodel their ITV program's studio, along with providing mentoring opportunities.
